I loved everything about this place! We actually got married in one of their beautiful suites and it was a huge hit with everyone who traveled to be there. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, nice, or helpful. I think they were just as excited as we were! Definitely recommend!!

We had a very nice stay at the Windsor. The hotel has an ideal location for a foodie tour of downtown Asheville. We walked to Curate, Chai Pani, Cucina24, and there were so many other choices. The room was very well stocked, we especially liked the coffee set up in the room, full kitchenette and complimentary drinks in the lobby. The service was very good with great communication and lots of information when we needed it. The king bed was comfortable and the bedroom was very quiet and dark (off the street).

This is a great little hotel with full service rooms that include washer and dryer and full kitchen. The furnishings are modern and funky, the location is central to shopping and sightseeing.

We enjoyed the special touches of robes, slippers, free snacks, soft drinks, coffees and teas. Free parking was great even if it was off site. The walk was three minutes. The staff were very friendly. The suite was lovely, clean and the hotel had a fun decor.

Such a wonderful gem of a hotel. Perfect location for our weekend visit to Ashville. A family of 5 is always difficult but this was a perfect spot with two queens and a pullout sofa. The kitchen and laundry were an added bonus. Staff was wonderful and always helpful. Free snacks and drinks in the lobby were a welcomed touch.

It is more like having an apartment than a hotel room. There are closets and storage. Friends staying down the street at the AC had none. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The full sized washer and dryer were a real plus. I would put my daily clothes in the machine and then ran one load on the last night. The premium coffee and beverage station in the lobby was great.

Everything about The Windsor Boutique Hotel was fabulous. Can’t say enough good things about the Windsor, the staff was professional, engaging, & helpful. The accommodations beautifully decorated, comfortable, welcoming & cozy, Bed was super comfortable, Attention to detail like I’ve never seen in any resort or hotel. When we walked in the door… I said “ I’m home”. Will most definitely return to The Windsor boutique hotel. If you are in Asheville NC treat yourself & stay at the The Windsor Hotel on Broad.

Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed and living room. Complimentary beverages were nice. We wished we had booked more nights. The hotel was right in the middle of everything in downtown Asheville. We will definitely stay there again.

The decor was beautiful. Once we arrived we were greeted at the door and the staff was very helpful. It was kind of a challenge finding where to unload luggage.

It was so quaint and cute...more than what we needed. It was like an apartment. Loved the staff, they were so friendly and kind. Location was great. A quick walk to great restaurants and little shops.
